(Midland/Odessa, Texas) “Sounds of the Season” by the Midland-Odessa Symphony & Chorale is the Permian Basin’s favorite holiday concert tradition! Returning to the world-class Wagner Noël stage on Saturday, December 7th at 7:30pm, this highly anticipated performance features cherished holiday music, Christmas classics, majestic choir songs and caroling favorites that are sure to delight audiences of all ages!
This festive evening will ring in the yuletide cheer with over 200 musicians performing under the baton of Music Director and Conductor Gary Lewis. Sounds of the Season showcases the artistry of the Symphony Orchestra, joined by the Symphony Chorale, Voices of the Permian Basin Youth Choir, Lone Star Brass, Permian Basin String Quartet and the West Texas Winds. Audiences will enjoy a special performance by Santa and Mrs. Claus played by Odessa’s highly talented couple Scott & Nikki Windham!
